Earlier this year, a young filly was discovered emaciated, covered in lice and tied to an old  bike, which had been wrapped in barbed wire at a site in Hertfordshire. Pregnant rabbit Dotty already had nine baby rabbits with her when she was brought to our member Blue Cross in desperate need of help.
